Taken to hospital after a suspected heart attack at Porto's training ground, the news is he is ok which is great. Only 37 years old

Just read about this. One of the true greats.I consider myself privileged to have seen him play in the flesh.

I wish Iker all the very best right now in his hour of need.

Jim Fixx, who helped popularise jogging in America and wrote books on the subject, died whilst out jogging aged 52. Stay lazy, stay healthy, I say.
I hope Casillas is soon back doing hid job.

I exercised once. It's probably that that's keeping me going.

All the best to a very good goalie.

Certainly one of the best keepers I've seen in the last 15-20 years.

Recently met Mr Motivator (   )

His one bit of advice was... DO NOT RUN. Walk. Swim. Do anything. But dont run. :D

He’s one of the greats and an absolute god in Spain . Still a high level performer as well , a great sweeper keeper and superb career . Sad news, though I’m sure he’s had the best medical treatment.

As sad as that may be, that's the way I'd like to go. Quick and doing something I enjoy.
