Watching the sun set over the open sea/ocean with a drink in one hand and final cigarette of the day in the other; it's just about an hour away as of now.

Planting seeds outside. I find it really therapeutic and a tad daring as everyone says start them off inside. Just done a little bed of veggies as we probably won't get frost till Christmas.

My favourite one of these is the Cragg Vale Climb from Mytholmroyd. 950 ft in a continuous, unbroken 5.5 miles; then you burn all of that off in less than half that distance going down Blackstone Edge into Littleborough.TheFamilyCat wrote:Riding a bike up a hill.
Then freewheeling down the other side.

A pork pie. Hot. From the pork pie shop in Skipton. Sat outside the castle inn. Washed down with a Guinness. Blue skies. Underneath the church. People watching. That was today’s simple pleasure.

Re: Simple pleasures...
Seeing the idiot Villa fan near us get thrown out by three or four coppers for arguing with one of them about having his foot on the back of the seat in front of him.
The lad had been giving snide gestures to BFC fans in the lower section. It was hilarious to watch his throwing-out unfold.
