Nope, not had a drop, but by this time tomorrow I'll have been in Liverpool for most of the day, so it will be a whole different story!

Me.

1 full stilton.
2 bottles red wine
1 dessert spoon

Make little dent in top of the cheese and pour a glug of wine into it....slop it around with the spoon and take a spoonful...add wine..and continue to mix and eat, until its all gone.
Heavenly...all done now..and I'm drunk.

Edit....it's probably a Keith Floyd recipe....I like Floyd.
...and just to add, if you're thinking of trying it, it was one of those little stiltons...no more than 2 or 3lbs ....not one of the real whoppers.

Two very large Jack Daniels and cola (didn't want to type coke just in case someone thought...) and two large glasses of merlot ( I know, beginners red wine). Just missing a bag of salt and vinegar crisp and some dry roasted peanuts.
