According to BBC, 'Eastleigh win 0-0 on penalties'. What happened there?

edit : Would appear to have been 4-3 on pens.

BBC scores for this bit of today's footie is naff. Reporting that Eastleigh and Alty won on pens 0-0 when reverse is true with Salford and Chorley through on pens and Speenymoor through too on pens
