Shinji Okazaki
Released by Leicester, age now 33. Always a name that gets banded about at a transfer window. Should we be interested?

He is too young to fit into our squad....MrTopTier wrote:Released by Leicester, age now 33. Always a name that gets banded about at a transfer window. Should we be interested?

No we shouldn’t. Not by any stretch whatsoever.

We desperately need youth not these old age pensioners ( in football terms)

Re: Shinji Okazaki
Always liked his industry but he doesn’t score goals. A few years ago I’d have been interested but we’ve moved on and he’s got older. Not a chance.

Yes, sign him and several other Japanese players, guaranteeing live coverage of every game here in Japan. Just keep him on the bench.
Re: Shinji Okazaki
No. He didn't score at all in 2018 or 2019. Peter Crouch has scored two Premier League goals since Okazaki last scored one.KRBFC wrote:Absolutely not, has he scored a goal this season?

Re: Shinji Okazaki
Him and Crouch up front with Charlie Adam playing behind them would be good

Definitely not as we can't afford to give up 350 seats to the Japanese media
