I won't complete the clause, but I would suggest that "If Sean Dyche were to leave Burnley" is correct.

No need to apologise, you are indeed correct, I have edited appropriately. I was a bit worse for wear, a 75cl bottle of Jack Daniels is only £16 at Sainsburys. :P
