Manchester 10k & half marathon

In a weeks time the Manchester 10k & half Marathon takes place. For me, this will be quite significant as it will be the first time since before December 2014 that I've run in such a big event (10k). I may do Parkruns on a regular basis but this will mean so much more as it has been quite a journey. I will be forever grateful to all those who supported me (When it was Clarets Mad at the time) when I was seriously ill. Thank you.
