So who’s off then?

Already been announced that Ward is going but who else?

Any clues from the “lap of appreciation”?
Any lingering claps?
Any tearful waves?

I think we’ll lose Tarky, Hart, Wells, Ward, Vydra, Lindergaard and Crouch.

*possibly Pope.

Ideally I’d like to see Hart, Wells, Lennon and Defour shifted. Doubtful of Lennon though.

Me, down tpub for a few ice cold Mahou beers. Been 29 degrees here today!! To be honest, thought we were a bit unlucky today. First half played well. But to answer your question, I hope, Crouch, Lennon, Ward, Wells, Hart, possibly Brady, Defour, then I would like to see Hendrick, Cork as back up..

Pope if we get a big offer.
Wells Ward Lindegaard Crouch Lennon for sure
Brady and Defour if they are unable to regain max fitness

Ideally Crouch, Hart, Lennon, Wells, Brady. Defour too if he can't get fit. I can't see Cork or Hendrick going but we need better upgrades desperately.

Why do people think Tarkowski is going to go?

I've not seen anything to suggest there would be any interest in him

Why would Defour leave ?

Doubt we could get rid of Brady without taking a big loss but he might find his form again with a pre-season

If Leeds came in for Lennon he might go - other than that I can’t see it.

Crouch, Wells, Hart all likely to not be here

Vydra might go - if an offer came in.

Pope & Tarks if we got in big offers but will be interesting to see what would happen if we got offers for these players which were nearer to the £15m to £20m mark as I think for different reasons both players might want to leave but at that price we would not need to sell.

It'll take a large offer for Tarks to go given his contract length (unless there is a release clause in). Wouldn't surprise me if he does go though

Along with Ward, probably Hart & Wells.

I don't want Pope to leave but it seems likely.

Doubt we'd consider less than £30 million for Tarkowski as that's our benchmark with the sale of Keane.

I’d be more surprised if Crouch isn’t here for another year.

Ward, Hart.

Unless we are signing someone then nobody else will be leaving. I can't see us signing a boatload of players.

Why would we get rid of Lennon. If he hadn't got the injury he is a very good player.

Tarkowski isn't as good as Keane though.

Ward is definite.
Hart is as good as.
Wells virtually certain.
Lennon...probably still on contract, so will stay.

Tarkowski and Pope may wish to leave, who knows. Pope will want clarity. Tarkowski may yearn an upgrade...of pay. Maybe not.

Bids for Brady or Gudmundsson may not be refused.

Defour may secretly want to end in Belgium, who knows (maybe even China, Fidel!)

Other goalkeepers may also move on.

Core will remain.

Up the Clarets.

Lennon, Hart, Crouch, Wells should go. I know Lennon has mental health problems, I suffer but for a professional footballer it requires 24/7 functionality.

I've been over the moon with Tom since he came back at xmas, but yesterday he was poor. The second he dived behind the line, when standing up the ball might well have hit him, and the cross along the line that Aub.....missed by an inch was his all day long, and he left it..
Leno showed how good it is to have a keeper that leaves the line so I'd like Pope to start next season. That would probably leave Tom wanting out. Really difficult problem for SD, and I wouldn't be disappointed if Tom kept the shirt, I'd just prefer Nick.

But we have no idea how Nick's shoulder will be when properly tested. At least we can see that Tom's head has not been affected by his shoulder and the shoulder seems ok.
We have no idea of those two things with Nick as he hasn't played and that will detract from his value too

We had no idea how Tom's shoulder would be after being properly tested... Pope's no different

Inside knowledge is that Tom's shoulder injury was much worse and he's actually lucky to be playing again. Don't ask me how I know though.

Not as simple as saying get rid of the likes of Defour, Lennon and Wells. They all have a year left on their contracts and will be on a decent whack, which they won't get elsewhere.

Why on earth would we get shut if Brady now. His asset value is more or less rock bottom after this season and he's still a good age with a lot to offer. We'd not get better cover/competition for McNeil, for the price we'd be currently able to sell Brady for, it makes nil sense.

KC used to be at the cutting edge I think and if so will know things others don't and there is something called patient confidentiality . I am sure Tom Heaton will not want the world to know of his injury

McNeil will be off I’m sure. Hendrick and Brady should go but who would want them? Vydra to Leeds?

Very much doubt McNeil will go. And why would you want to get rid of Hendrick when he's played very will this season?

Can't see any of them leaving never mind all of them.
