Heaton has neither
You have to be in the 18 for the CL final to get a medal - he wasn't (Kuszczak was the bench GK)
You have to make a certain number of appearances to qualify for a PL winners medal - I'm assuming 0 appearances is below the threshold

Presumably the Transfer Markt website takes the fact that he benched without appearing twice in the CL qualifying and benched 6 times without appearing in the PL that season and then generates the nice trophy icons

From Google:
Currently, a player needs to appear in five matches in a title-winning season to qualify for a medal (inclusive of matches as a playing substitute).
And I stand corrected - UEFA gives out up to 40 medals to the CL winners to distribute as they see fit - but that includes all management / staff etc

Was going to say that they'd make a decent XI but with two keepers we'd struggle.
