I doubt that even Sean Dyche could knock him into shape. Sunday League soon.

Too much too soon and probably without the right friends and influences/ers.
Spurs may have sorted him out. But all went downhill when he didnt get that move.

Rather think he'd have blown it there or anywhere for that matter. Lad's clearly not interested in being a professional footballer.cricketfieldclarets wrote:Spurs may have sorted him out. But all went downhill when he didnt get that move.

Some idiot will take a chance on him.

He'll get a contract somewhere
Waste of talent.
Wants to be a gangster, and no doubt he'll be in the papers for all the wrong reasons over the next few years.

He really does have a problem and some time ago I thought the same, arrogant nutter, until I read into how he arrived in England. He arrived around the same time as my partners sister in law she fled Burundi with her sister devout Catholics and suffered violent persecution and that's as much as she's prepared to say her husband doesn't even go there now, it's locked in. Makes me wonder what that lad saw, he was 12 years old.Bosscat wrote:The lad has a problem....

Re: Saido Berahino
Absolutely. Must have been some horrific things. Best case he had to up and leave home and move to a strange new world. But worse case is more likely and probably horrific. Hence comment above he probably just needs the right people around him.LordBob wrote:He really does have a problem and some time ago I thought the same, arrogant nutter, until I read into how he arrived in England. Re: Saido Berahino
Baggies fans at walking football earlier were distinctly not upset to hear about him being sacked by Stoke

He's failed to pay his £75k fine for drink driving and an arrest warrant has been issued.

Re: Saido Berahino
75k is a lot of money for a drink driving offence. Wonder why its so much.GodIsADeeJay81 wrote:https://www.stokesentinel.co.uk/sport/f ... nt-3406332

Maybe they’re being sensible and taking his previous wages into account.Stayingup wrote:75k is a lot of money for a drink driving offence. Wonder why its so much.
Re: Saido Berahino
His earnings as a footballer m8 DD fines are usually related to earnings...Stayingup wrote:75k is a lot of money for a drink driving offence. Wonder why its so much.

Based on his earnings.
He got paid up a few million by Stoke to get lost so it's not like he didn't have the money.
I've no sympathy for the div.

Re: Saido Berahino
Aye, it must be difficult to remember that he was in court 3-4 months ago and fined £75k + banned from driving for 30 months.Probably not even aware.
One thing he seems to be unaware of is that driving whilst drunk is a serious and dangerous offence - he has previous convictions of drink driving (2015) and being drunk in charge of a vehicle in 2012.
He seems to have been unaware of exactly where the goalposts were whilst he was at Stoke too (though hes banged a few in for his new Belgian club).

Re: Saido Berahino
He's playing in Belgium for Zulte Waregem, currently 7th out of 16 in their top league. He seems to be doing reasonably well with them but difficult to know how this latest escapade will affect things.
