England not doing too well (going purely off score at HT ie 1-3).

He looked frustrated, no overlap/support from the full back & every time he turned looking to change the angle of attack a midfielder was standing 2 yards behind him. Eze looked decent but the rest looked like they'd all turned up for a kickabout without any coaching whatsoever.

All of our strikers looked like brilliant 5-a-siders. Fast feet, all could beat a man but none of them did it where it matters. Only young yet so they have a chance.
Not sure how Paul Simpson got the gig? He hasn’t got a great track record so probably an FA blue eyed boy.

Winning the world cup with the U19s not count as a "track record"?

Dwight came on in the 76th minute tonight.
For the third match running at the tournament England scored first before losing, 1-2 this time.
This is excellent training for when they move up to senior level. The English disease.
