Leyton Orient manager Justin Edinburgh suffered a cardiac arrest last Monday and has passed away today aged just 49.

Shocking news.

On a lighter note, I remember the old joke about the Spurs keeper having such a good right foot he could kick the ball as far as Edinburgh.
As Arsenal fans retorted, their keeper was even better, his kick could reach Overmars.....

Terrible news. It always surprises me how many ex athletes suffer cardiac arrest at a reasonably young age. I suppose managers go through a fair amount of stress, but presumably he was on average, a very fit 49 year old.

Terribly sad. He was a very successful footballer who was prepared to work hard and stay in the game at lower levels.
