Yorkshire CCC - Class Shines Through
Don't forget your own butties and flask as there presumably won't be a tea room.
Tin pot.
From YCCC website -
"Yorkshire take on Warwickshire in the Specsavers County Championship at York starting next Monday and matchday information is now available.
The game is expected to be very popular, with supporters wanting to enjoy the inaugural First-Class fixture at the ground. Temporary seating is now in place at Clifton Park. However, we would advise supporters to bring their own seating wherever possible."

Yorkshire are on a run of non-major grounds. They're down Guildford playing (or not) Surrey at the mo, then at York v Bears, then Surrey at Scarborough.
Surrey usually play one county game per year at Guildford (which I like to visit- its a great contrast to The Oval and Andertons guitar shop is across the road from the ground for a noodle at lunchtime) but there are 2X 4day games there this summer.
The ICC WC use of the big grounds has been a boost to the smaller grounds. Notts are currently playing at Welbeck Colliery CC & Glam playing at St Helens. Next round has Middsx playing at Radlett.

I think they should do this more. I'd be put off going to a County game at OT because I don't really fancy taking on the Manchester traffic - however, I'd certainly try and get there if there was something at one of the local league grounds. It would also provide some much needed funds for local cricket.
