Excellent fixtures.
No harder games all at once.
Good holiday season games.
A gentle finish and a home game to start.

I can start looking at flights for the first fortnight in December. Palace, City and Newcastle in the space of fourteen days. That looks like a two week break in Burnley for me.

If VAR doesn't go to plan it might well be a game of 142 minutesTVC15 wrote:“Cup finals, 6 pointers, relegation rivals”
It’s like the footy season never ended !
I’m looking forward to some new sayings / catchphrases next season as a result of the new rules. Eg :
“its a game of 142 minutes”
“It only takes 8 minutes to score a goal, get it reviewed, overturned and then overturned again”
“If you have hands on the end of your arms you do run the risk of giving away a penalty”
I accept that they are not quite that catchy yet and may need some further work

Did we not play southampton first game after the transfer window closed when we was both chasing che adams ? Now were both doing same again facing the same team
Re: ARTICLE: Saints again on opening day
If Carling did fixture lists, booked a holiday ages ago on a great price deal and the only game we will miss is Southampton away! I think this is possibly the best fixture list I have ever seen, gamble paid off happy days I hate giving my seat to family....and very seldom do!

I love the positivity.....and not a ball kicked yetQuicknick wrote:Not an easy start at all. If we don't win the first match, we could well have three points from the first four matches.

Hopefully Adams wont be in theirs....otherwise theyve got the best deal, though i know Adams wasn't born in BurnleySpike wrote:hopefully Jayrod will be in our squad against his former team on the opening day
