Genuine question, at that level do you think he'll have another job?

Yes he does. He's a teacher.

Fair enough, it'll be a decent side income I'd imagine.

Shows how football can be, getting on the bench and who knows if he'd got on the pitch and given an opportunity. Always think back to 2003 when Joel Pilkington was due to be on the bench at Norwich but was taken ill. Richard Chaplow stepped up, got on and became a first team regular.

When Harvey and Chris Anderson were in the youth and reserve team midfield, I thought we had two real potential first team players but once they stepped out of the youth team at Burnley they, and a few others, were left to their own devices with no coach.

Some very good players in that youth side CT as you say most ignored once they came out of the youth system. Alex's still loving his football , already buzzing for the season to start.
Was due to make his debut 2nd half away to Milton Keynes in the FA cup . Events then took over and the manager at the time was in the tunnel most of the 2nd half on the phone to club that was 10 years in front of us , Alex didn't get on !

I’d forgotten the cup game. On the phone and then shooting off to see his family in Scotland.
