Getting off the team bus in the middle of Londons busiest roads still in their kits you couldn't make it up super stuff proper Northern
Reminds me of coming back from York and everyone joining in doing the conger over on the Blubber houses happy Days

Before anyone gets alarmed, it wasn't on a motorway as Sam said, was on the approach road to the Blackwall Tunnel.

I love how he still refers to “us” when he talks about the club. I was/am genuinely gutted that he left, more so than any other player I think. Such a nice lad.
