Should they not be managed by women?
I mean if they really want to promote their game, it seems a little odd that they need a man. Watching the Norway England game and both managers are blokes. I'm not sure about the other teams as I haven't seen many games.

They were managed by Hope Powell for long long time.
As for being managed by men, according to some on here it's because people like Phil Neville will have more experience of things blah blah blah.
So long as the women don't try to manage in the men's game, then certain blokes will be happy.
