I'm quite happy with where we are at to be honest.

We need 3 first teamers st absolute tops.

We cant really have wanted Dawson or Adam's, as we were willing to spend 14m on Adam's 6 months ago and 12m on Dawson 12 months back.
That tells me we dont need or want them, we wasnt even in the running.

Think we either have new targets, or are looking to strengthen other areas

Current squad is more than adequate...in its last half-season it outperformed around 14 clubs.

Bigger role for Crouch hopefully next season, getting on the end of Brady's pinpoint deliveries. ..why bring in an unproven lightweight like Adams when we have pedigree like Crouch? Hopefully Hart will be out the door...Long's time may well have come if Tarkowski goes. Gibson can cover left back.

Cashing in on McNeil whilst his stock is high should help us keep our heads above the water as Brady marches on to full fitness.

I agree totally we should cash in on McNeil we are desperate for the money to pay the wages for the thirtysomethings and the sicknotes. I only hope we keep to our own market value of players when selling McNeil and not take advantage of the richer teams like Crystal Palace have with Man Utd and the rediculous £50m fee they received for a right back in Aaron Wan-Bissaka and now Villa are wanting £50m for John McGinn. We shouldn't get involved in these games, we should be happy with 12/13m for McNeil.

He was joshing. How can you take somebody seriously who thinks rediculous is a word.

Looks like you fell for that one as well. ;)

But it's not easy. Hard though it is to believe, there are genuinely people that think the way we have been run has been poor for years, and that the current squad is hopelessly inadequate.

Yep. Fortunately, they're safely away from the front line and unable to influence the running of the club.

They just let their unhappiness run riot on here....
