Loved him when he was good enough for us.

Yeah, he was good enough at the time despite what people on here couldn't see

Completely agree. Can't believe it's three years since he left!

Having trained with us Jagielka has insider knowledge on some of our tactics. Sheffield United will benefit from this. School boy error Burnley.

Like how to run around a cone?
How many team tactics do you really think are being discussed at this stage?

He wasn’t a Sheffield United player and he asked Dyche, who is a friend of his, if he could train with us. It’s something that happens often in pre season training with players who don’t have a club.

I remember being down at Gawthorpe one year for a youth team game and seeing Don Goodman training with our first team.

It really is a non story.

Absolutely not. I knew he was coming in along with Jonah but I knew what it was all about.

I’ve got some written for Andrew Driver & Derek Riordan though but I’ve filed the Craig Dawson articles in the bot to be used folder. :D

He has the wrong end of the stick.

We had a trailist and the Burnley Express asked Stan how he was going in training and Stan replied in his North Eastern accent he's Don Goodman.

Well if Jagielka can take anything out of the couple of days training he had he must have got a vocabulary of information, with a third of the team still away after international duty just minimal light training even Stan wouldn't flinch in the dressing room after that

Dave Jones is with the group in Portugal. Short term deal if we fail to land our CM targets?

I think the response was that the 3rd article wasn’t about him rather than the pic not being him
