I wouldn’t want to pay an extra tenner for a few perpendicular highlighter pen marks!claretdj wrote:Just checked theirs are £55 for adult shirt ours £45, so presumably umbro do 2 levels of material/design/spec? N we gone for the cheaper one?

Re: Everton's new Home Kit
I can only imagine the outcry on here if we'd gone for a Claret and Blue version of that , at £55 a go...

Blackburn’s is £50. I think it’s very much down to the individual club as to what price they sell the shirts - which if it is our club are deserving of some credit for keeping the cost lower than Umbro’s other clients.randomclaret2 wrote:I can only imagine the outcry on here if we'd gone for a Claret and Blue version of that , at £55 a go...

Awful.
Glad we didn't go for a design like this.

Re: Everton's new Home Kit
Ours is absolutely turgid with a huge sponsor taking up half the shirt.
Re: Everton's new Home Kit
Our new shirt is fine. Its that bloody awful sponsor thing that ruins it. It would ruin any shirt.

Re: Everton's new Home Kit
Think that design would look bloody awful in Claret and blue. Take away the sponsor and I much prefer our shirt. I despair how many of our newer fans have no feel for the traditions of the club. I don’t want our club to be a fashion brand, when mitre and Adidas made us ‘on trend’ they are the two shirts very few remembered with any fondness...
