Jesus wasn't white, there's no chance, especially with the blue eyes.
That image is reputed to be that of a Pope.

The real Jesus was almost certainly of middle Eastern descent yet we are spoonfed into believing that he's some random white bloke...

People going on about the portrayal of Jesus as a “white guy” with the virtual complete lack of worthwhile evidence one could only presume he was of Mediterranean appearance and as a Jew was lightly “ featured “ which I’d have thought was roughly the look Hollywood has usually given him ? I don’t feel this is the time for a discussion on the ecclesiastical influences of the early Byzantine period when anyone bothered to attempt to draw the small time preacher 100’s of years after he mooched around the med preaching and rabble rousing . I’d still say he was likely a light/medium olive skinned guy more akin to “ white” than black .

A white bloke is/was more marketable to Europe when Rome decided Christianity was going to be the religion of choice for their Empire.

I was doing my best not so state the bleeding obvious but thanks for the incisive Nicean insight .
