Not showing anything when I load it up, so won't bother. But Bob Mortimer is very funny and comes across as a very down to earth sort of chap.

I love Athletico Mince,
Bob Mortimer creates such brilliantly funny worlds and characters.
Peter Beardsley, Gangs of the EPL, Steve McClaren are brilliant.
I don't quite get the south african stuff.
I think Andy is mildly amusing.

Couldn’t really get into Athletico Mince. I love Bob Mortimer though, I’d love to have a few pints with him. He’s got some fantastic stories, as mentioned above some of his contributions on Would I Lie to You have been legendary.

I love athletico mince some stuffs hit and miss but some of it is hilarious, the white harts and Peter Beardsley is brilliant, I did chuckle at some of the dyche rap, it is how some perceive him.

He's brilliant on both, I bet that programme was brilliant to be in the audience. He seems a genuinely nice bloke and as others have said I bet he would be great in the pub.FactualFrank wrote:Check the link I posted above, although I'm sure you'll have seen the programme.

Organisation not joy
Re: Bob Mortimer and his Sean Dyche Rap
I can understand someone listening to that in isolation and thinking it’s just random shite. HOWEVER...as a long-time listener of the podcast, most of their stuff progresses over time and (pretty loose but hilarious) character versions of footballers and other personalities are built up and become more funny as you follow along with it. DISC BEEEEEEARD!!!!

Re: Bob Mortimer and his Sean Dyche Rap
Been listening to these podcasts for the last few weeks - I find them hilarious. Agree its an acquired taste but if you enjoyed the original Vic Reeves Big Night Out then this should be up your street.
