Cure for Pre-Season Boredom.

Post by middleton claret » Wed Jul 10, 2019 2:30 pm

Football is and always will be my first love particularly all things Burnley F.C.
However I stumbled across this blog - http://www.accidentalcrofter" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; -life at the end of the road. It relays the trials & tribulations of a guy originally from Accy with no interest in footy whatsoever. However if any of the under-mentioned float your boat I guarantee you will be captivated.
Mechanical Engineering, Pig Rearing
Car Maintainence, Photography
Self Sufficiency, Food Recipes
Wind Turbines, Off-grid Electricity
Land Rovers, Vegetable Gardens
Underwater Diving, Life without a Kettle
Self- Build, Boats
Ship Wrecks, Quadbikes
Sheds, Seafood

So if like me you are "All Pogba,d out" & cant wait for "Jay to return" then give this blog a read, and if non of the above blokey things are your bag then good luck with "Love Island" & "The Voice UK" you really are a sad case.
Enjoy !!.

I fail to see how anyone who likes football could have possibly been bored with the women’s World Cup being televised.

I can get with sheds - mine is just full of man stuff - and boats (I'd love one), but 'pig rearing' sounds like something you'd find on a dodgy website.

At last a meaningful reply to the original topic !! - cheers houseboy. I was merely trying to point out to my fellow Clarets that there is some interesting stuff on there not football related, but some blokes can relate to. Maybe they are all so consumed with their own hobbies & interests and experts in every field that any assistance is not required. As for me garnering further knowledge & life experiences from someone who,s been there done that can only stand me in good stead. With regard to the "Pig Rearing" I know what you mean I couldn't kill one & I'm as fond of a bacon butty as the next man, unless you intend to bring up an off spring as a Sheff Wed fan !!. Oh well back to "Love Island" & "The Voice UK".
