There is no doubt that fielding has really got better than ever in recent years. Most likely because of all the 20/20 played these days. The ones on the boundary are so often stopped now. The likes of Bairstow is particularly good on the ropes.

224 isn't a huge target but keeping wickets intact is the key,we don't have to go hell for leather in the first 10,just keep the scoreboard ticking,and not play any silly shots,Smith has shown that you can build a score on this wicket,now our top order have to do the same.

England messed up a similar chase against Sri Lanka,so it's certainly not time to count any chickens just yet.

Archer gives England an x factor we've been missing since Harmison retired,you feel something's going to happen when he gets the ball in his hands.

Fabulous death bowling by Woakes again,and a great spell by Rashid,he came to the party when it mattered most.

Hope they go for it myself as I think England are at their best when they go for shots. We have Root to nurdle the ball if need be

Unusual to have two lefty fast bowlers opening. Not sure I’ve seen that before this Aussie team.
