And at some point, they may actually arrive.

I needed a new bank card a few weeks ago. I rang them and a replacement arrived within three days.

Why is it taking over two months from the end of last season and that's just what the Club are saying to order new cards that probably 95% of supporters paid for months ago?

You didn’t pay for a new card, you paid to be granted access to attend next season’s home matches, which you will. Why do you need your new card so urgently?

I'm not that bothered to be honest but heard that the home friendlies could not be put on ST holders cards because they wouldn't have them and they would have to buy cardboard tickets. It may not be true but if it is are we really a PL club in 2019 operating turnstile staff?

Why are you always moaning?

It must be painful living with you. Do you wake your wife up in the morning asking her why your tea isn’t ready?

Or just maybe the problem lies with TeamCard and they've failed to supply Burnley Football Club, and other clubs, with new clubs early enough for you. I'm sure the club would have preferred to use them for the home friendlies too.

What is wrong with being supplied a "Cardboard" ticket for the home friendlies... I ordered mine the day they came out and they were delivered the following day by 1st class post....

Season Cards are not supplied by BFC but a company called TeamCard and the late supply isn't just us....

Plus with seat swaps etc (along with the changes to seating in the CFS) its not rocket science to see why there is a delay.
