The BFC site has the game as Saturday morning at 11am:

Though it has been wrong before.

The club had them the wrong way round when they published them. It was Liverpool tomorrow and Everton on Saturday.

They were still advertising the Liverpool game yesterday even though it had been called off.

Genereally yes but sometimes they play behind closed doors (even though the game is played outside! :D ).

No they don't - never known of an under-18 game being played behind closed doors.

It certainly is, however, with TV keep messing about with our fixtures and also because of a couple of personal things, I never managed to see one Under 18 game last season.
I am hoping for better things this season because, although I have to leave home early, it makes it into a good football day when I can see the Youth and then go on the Turf. Fingers crossed!
