Betfair customers

Post by bfccrazy » Wed Jul 17, 2019 8:40 am

I don’t like to promote gambling - but if any of you already have a Betfair account then you’ll no doubt stick a few bets on anyway over the season.

They have a promotion on at the minute which seems to be giving £1 worth of free spins every day til the end of the month. If you have an account already and plan on putting a bet o down the line then it’s worth doing it to build up a free little balance instead of having to use your own money in a few weeks. Usually win anything from 50p to £6/7 every day which if banked could give you a decent little balance to start the season with (or just cash out as winnings are in cash)

As long as you can stop playing it after the month is over.

It's the equivalent of the heroin dealer giving you a free sample to get you hooked.

That’s the problem with it but personally I avoid that side of the site but if I’m going to have a few bets anyway and it can boost my balance a bit then it works for me.

Yeah I do this with Sky Vegas and Sky Bingo with their free spin a day thing. Think I have put £5 into my account in the last 9 months or so and drawn out around £300 in the same time which I'm happy with.

Think Hills have one going too at the moment.

Of course William Hill and other bookmakers are offering free spins online, since the regulating of FOBT's has slashed their operating profits resulting in the closure of 2,500 betting shops.

Of the many that say they will not be tempted there will be many more who get hooked and lose more than they can sensibly afford.
