Re: Away and 3rd kits
I'm guessing that the spraying of white on the doors mirrors whatever the slightly darker blue shade is on the top half of the shirt
Wearing it at Crewe maybe?

It would appear that our club's shirt has been the reverse of our club's shirt - 1934-5:boatshed bill wrote:Slightly off topic. Has any club's shirt ever been the reverse of ours?

Re: Away and 3rd kits
It was 2016 and the shorts/socks just didn't match the shirt at all.Claretmatt4 wrote:I remember that kit, it was very odd because we had the light blue & claret dafabet kit (are we thinking about the same game?) with navy shorts and socks which just didn't go at all with the shirt. It looked like we'd borrowed someone elses bottom half!
maybe that was 2017?

Re: Away and 3rd kits
Ive always wanted a white one with claret piping, and a claret and blue stripe sash. Admittedly a bit similar to a Palace away kit but hey
Re: Away and 3rd kits
Every club should have to have a white away shirt abit like all teams had green gk shirts. Obviously apart from those that play in white at home.ZizkovClaret wrote:Ive always wanted a white one with claret piping, and a claret and blue stripe sash. Really? Haha. Im sure someone has been on Photoshop since the preview this morning and knocked that up, sure they have.....Dyched wrote:Fake
Re: Away and 3rd kits
Look at the preview pic on the 1st page of this thread. There is a horizontal line between the 2 shades of blue that “cuts” through the middle of the badge and the top of the umbro logo. On the full pic the line is up by about an inch or 2. Unless all shirts are different?!ZizkovClaret wrote:Really? Haha. Hmm.. i see what you mean but that could be lighting. It is also possible this was an early "proof", but i wouldn't call it "fake" as such. We'll see soon enough either wayDyched wrote:Look at the preview pic on the 1st page of this thread. Re: Away and 3rd kits
Probably will be real. They’ll probably use the same fabric that as been created for all sizes of shirts. When the templates get cut different size shirts will look different. Eg small kids shirt will have a much larger “zigzag” design on the front compared to and xxl large adult which would be much smaller. Rather than creating lots of different fabric in the appropriate sizing. If that makes sense?ZizkovClaret wrote:Hmm.. i see what you mean but that could be lighting. Inspired by the 91-93 Home graphic the new Away jersey, with a claret versio of out princple partner LoveBet's logo, gives a nod to this with its centre front tonal chest graphic.

Like the look of this. Is it just me or does Dwight look like he is wearing eyeliner in the picture of just him on the official site?

Re: Away and 3rd kits
Shirt looks awful and washed out in the leaked pic of it sat on the floor, but looks well smart, much poppier colours in the promo pic being worn by the players.
Re: Away and 3rd kits
Looks OK to me and a bit different. Prefer Yellow or White generally though for the away kit.

Re: Away and 3rd kits
I like the new away shirt, it's really nice
Re: Away and 3rd kits
The small teaser on page 1 looked really promising. I was expecting it to be a "teaser" in much the way as a "pr1ck teaser" - looking good and giving you the come on, but then you find that it doesn't do what you want (and the lights go on and it was really a bit of a dog) - in the case of the shirt due to the usual advertising on the front and a naff collar.wilks_bfc wrote:Inspired by the 91-93 Home graphic the new Away jersey, with a claret versio of out princple partner LoveBet's logo, gives a nod to this with its centre front tonal chest graphic.

This one, though, is weird. The advertising sort of goes with the pattern, and the collar is acceptable. But then you get the weird sleeves and slightly less dark, and plain, collar material ruining it. If the pattern had continued onto the sleeves so this looked like a designed shirt rather than a collage of different bits of blue material, I'd have liked this one. As it is, I prefer last years light blue training top.

Not sure why, when having a BFC Ladies player modelling the away shirt, she needs to be seen running her hair through her hand!
Not sure we’d see a similar pose from one of the male players.

It’s a nice kit. If there was thing I’d change it’d be a full colour crest rather than the tonal one.

Thanks for sharing that pic. I actually loved that shirt but I think of we had an all navy with claret trim shirt to go with those shorts and socks it would've looked cracking.ClaretTony wrote:It was 2016 and the shorts/socks just didn't match the shirt at all.

Agreed, it’s a good looking shirt. My only gripe is the monochrome badge.burnmark wrote:It’s a nice kit. If there was thing I’d change it’d be a full colour crest rather than the tonal one.

This. If it looks like the club’s promo pics I’ll definitely get one, but not if it looks like the one on the floor, or if the blue is like the sleeves of the home shirt.Falcon wrote:Shirt looks awful and washed out in the leaked pic of it sat on the floor, but looks well smart, much poppier colours in the promo pic being worn by the players.

Im sure Norwich City had a green and yellow version of the 1992 Ribero kit too
