I hope mine arrive next week as I'm on my holibobs for two weeks after missing the Southampton game. I was going to pass my season tickets to a friend to use but won't be able to if they don't arrive

I have been told that the ones sent out were new season tickets, don't know how true this is, has anybody who was just a normal renewal got theirs ?

You could probably go to the club and get them exchanged for paper tickets in the same way as you would if you were switching seats for the day. (Though obviously you shouldn't have to.)

I'm away on holiday too for the Southampton game and would have given my ticket away to somebody for the Southampton game but my seat looks like remaining empty.

Called in at ticket office wondering if I could collect the missing three over the counter, one arrived a week ago. It seemed logical to think that 4 tickets for one address would be sent together.
But no.
The glum faced lad ont other side said nowt to do with us.
I looked puzzled. 'Oh this is Burnley FC,' I asked
Nowt to do with us he said again.
"They come from an outside contractor; they are sending them in random batches...nowt to do with us."
Young lad still glum faced, it was tempting to ask ''as yer granny died?'
I exited chuckling, past the steward on the door who was laughing his head off.

The club are just waiting till we get the Heaton transfer money,then they will be able to afford some stamps to send out the season cards.
