What's classed as a long ball. 10 yds. 20 yds. Also when a defender clears his lines i.e boots it . Is that a long ball

Great fishing trip .. though I’ve little doubt some fans genuinely are blessed with such bellendery they think we can pay the wages Bournemouth can /play “ sexy football” with the players we have .utter hilarityJimMcDonald wrote:2016/17 - Most long balls in the PL.

So for 3 seasons running we have played this Dyche style of hoofball and some people still deny it. Its awful and boring and it's about time we changed our style of play. We are the new Stoke. I won't go again until this rubbish stops. No doubt it's going to be 4 seasons in a row.
We played better stuff under Cotterill and Laws and that's not even a joke !
Bournemouth have proven it can be done.

No way we can ever out-football the top clubs. The money they can spend ensures that now. So - You adapt to your surroundings, you do what you need to do to survive, you make the best use of the players at your disposal, you find the weaknesses of others and exploit them - Burnley preparing for a fourth successive season in today's PL and a sixth since Wembley '09 is a stunning achievement and a great testament to a still-young manager learning his trade against some of the top coaches in the world. The whining and complaining of players and managers who don't like our tactics when we take points off them is music to my ears. I'm reveling in our top=flight status, and enjoying the recognition my club now has even among sports fans over here.
