Positives from today's game at Crewe

Post by CaptJohn » Sun Jul 21, 2019 9:32 am

The sun was shining.
The journey was very easy. Only 20 minute train from Chester.
The all light blue strip looked very good.
There were no apparent injuries.
The "Northern Belle" had just arrived at Crewe when I was catching the train home. It was very nice to see lots of people in their finery disembarking and there was one lady dressed in a dark green long dress who was waving goodbye to everyone who had an outstanding chest ;) Well worth a 2nd glance.
Err?? That's about it.

Anyone got any more?

Apologies for my bad grammar.
If you'd have seen the lady in question you'd have been impressed with the proportions of her chest. I was walking down the stairs to the platform so had an aerial view so to speak. It was the highlight of the day by far. The only other highlight was Jimmy Dunne telling their Captain, I believe, where to get off when he had a go at Dwight

Dyche may need to 'raid' his chest

Positives: the sun was shining, it was a 10 minute drive from home and it was only £7 to get on. Other than that, nothing comes to mind. Crewe look Ok for a league 2 outfit so I might go and watch them a couple of times this season.

Thought he struggled quite a bit, especially first half. Sloppy on the ball a few times and seemed to want more time than he had. Improved a bit in the 2nd half and played a few nice passes.
