Not sure if you've seen the news, but there's a new diet that's started in America called "The dog food diet".
If you eat the same food as your dog for a month you can lose up to 2 stone.
I could do with losing a bit of weight so I gave it a try.

I must say the dog is loving his steak and chips, sausage and mash, doner kebabs etc .

Around here Hawali in Padiham is great kebab meat although they have a strange way of putting the actual Kebab together.

Easy to get mixed up as Padiham is twinned with Hawaii.

Padiham beach is on a par with anything around the world. .
