Why the smiles?
You looking forward to Hamilton running away with it after 2 laps?
Best hope it pisses it down or it'll be another French GP

Re: German GP
50% chance of thunderstorms and rain tomorrow during the grand prix, a wet race will level the field dramatically, especially if it is on/off and increases pit stops for tyre changes.
Hockenheim is a great race for overtaking and with the threat of rain plus maybe a safety car, plus the pace Ferrari were showing in practice, Vettel to get on the podium at 7/2 isn't bad.

We all know what 50% means in F1 terms.
It'll start ******* it down when they're on the podium

Best driver out there ... Arrogance is the key ...
I hate Christiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi both 'Arrogant B'stards' but they are the best in the world....
Gareth Bale is an 'Arrogant T**t' but a million Quid a week in China good luck to him.

He's in the top three of F1 drivers ever,if he gets all the best equipment why is his team mate Bottas trailing him sometimes not even 2nd to him,the greatest F1 driver this country has ever produced, bar none, liked BC says arrogance is the key to making a winner.Right_winger wrote:I can assure you Iv disliked Hamilton from pretty much the get go. Re: German GP
Pedantic I know, but Leclerc actually made it into Q3 and failed to take part so actually starts 10th, not 11th.
As for Vettel, this has been a disastrous season for him - when reliability hasn’t let him down, he’s proved himself to be fallible when it has come to toe to toe racing and I can’t help but feel the Ferrari hierarchy will be getting fed up with him.
His saving grace is that he can still point to unreliability issues but I sense if he doesn’t perform much better next season, he’ll be replaced.
This season is, unfortunately, dull and boring. I take nothing away from Hamilton’s talent, it’s unquestionable, but the racing has on the whole been boring and processional. The sport stands at a crossroads - it has done a lot off the circuit to improve the race day experience (save for extortionate ticket prices in GB still) but on the circuit the races are still, on the whole, dull.
As others have said, let’s hope for a wet race.......

This is fun for a change, don't know what Leclerc was thinking, clearly taking inspiration from Vettel last year.claretburns wrote:This is why we need rain everyone F1 race.
Not Ferrari's weekend.
Lewis crashing as well, and he's got a time penalty to add to Mercedes woes.

Verstappen was hardly everyone's favourite driver in his first seasons thanks to his rashness sometimes.

Re: German GP
Now Bottas is out, what a bonus for Hamilton,he'll maintain his Championship lead after all,and now the safety car's deployed he might even pick some points up,if he can keep the car on the track.
Great race though, the weather's certainly added unpredictably.
