General Builder / handyman
Hi Folks, we're looking for a general contractor to look after our rental properties (165). We have a contractor at the moment but we need a backup from another contractor who is reliable and works to a good standard but doesn't overcharge. Our Company pays on time each month so Contractors do like working for us. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Re: General Builder / handyman
Barley, I know a guy who has recently broke away from s big company and works for himself now with a few good lads.
He’s a genuine guy who will give you a personal service at a fair price.
Can I pass your number on to him?

When someone asks for a handyman they generally want someone cheap as chips.

Re: General Builder / handyman
We don't want 'cheap as chips' but as we usually give out quite a lot of work we do expect to be given a fair price for a job done to a good standard. Also we always pay on time every month. It's much easier for the girls in the office who don't get harassed by burly blokes chasing payment.
