League prediction's
An article in the Sunday Times had us in 18th position. I disagree with this and looking at the other teams, this is how I see the League table looking like in May.
Man City
Liverpool
Man Utd
Leicester
Arsenal
Tottenham
Everton
Chelsea
West Ham
Watford
Wolves
Burnley
Southampton
Villa
Bournemouth
Palace
Brighton
Newcastle
Sheffield United
Norwich
I could write an essay as per Long time lurker to justify the prediction but that could go on forever.

I disagree. Again I could justify why but I can’t be bothered with a long postNonayforever wrote:An article in the Sunday Times had us in 18th position. I disagree with this and looking at the other teams, this is how I see the League table looking like in May.

Re: League prediction's
How does that work? does the observer ask Tony Scholes to predict all 20 clubs finishing positions? or do they ask a fan of each club to predict where their club will finish? If the later, I can't see many clubs being predicted to finish in the last 3 spots.CleggHall wrote:Tony Scholes has us 12th in the Observer, I'll go with that!
Re OP. Surprised by Leicester being so high up - aren't they in the process of selling their "£85 million" star?
Equally, I've seen ST and think it must have been a "rushed job" by one of their summer interns - probably never travelled further north than Watford - but seen City, Manu and Lpool on tv.

I thought all football journalists were like that. There is a layby on the Watford bypass going north where they are given free anxiety pillsPaul Waine wrote:

Re: League prediction's
I think Newcastle will do better than people are predicting, they've got some decent players and I reckon shelvey will have a point to prove this season. My bottom 3 are
shef United
Norwich
Brighton
shef United
Norwich
Brighton

Re: League prediction's
I did my via this website prior to any signings was bored at the time typed in every result including a few shocks along the way posted my table in a different topic but I had us 10th but think following all the transfers we will be more 12th-15th which is ok I suspect that 8th-15th will be tight with not much separating the teams.
Have a go if your bored and go a spare hour. Link should be below

Re: League prediction's
The first couple of games are going to be so important this season for some teams, as the media will be circling like vultures.
Man Utd, Newcastle & Chelsea being the 3 main ones.
