Yes I've had that problem this evening I think there must be a problem their end (says he stating the bleedin obvious )

Are you using the App? I find that easier. Or YouTube.

Yes. I use the app and check the news, order away tickets etc. There I also click on Claretplayer HD to watch the videos but that now close the app totally and instantly.

When I try and watch a video on the App it tells me my account details are invalid and won’t let me log in.
I suspect the App might be on its arse and being phased out. Same thing happened a few years back and club had to source a new App supplier.

Still the same. Just auto closes. Pity. Worked well.

Clarets player available via the website so am using that.

tried to watch Player on the site last night but was having difficulty, it was really slow and buffered every 10 secs or so

Follow the instructions I got
1, Remove App
2, Restart Phone/Device (Very Important to do this)
3, Re-install App
Log in with Details and its working again....

For either PC/Mac desktop/laptop -or- mobile web browser, first troubleshooting step please clear browser cache and cookies, and/or try an alternate web browser type (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.)
For app troubleshooting, be sure you have the latest app version installed: delete your app, restart the device, install the app and sign in again.

Your welcome m8 I was tearing my bloody hair out as the website HD on my phone (or computer) was very pixelated unlike in the App (which has always been true HD) and when smart shared to the TV was unwatchable.IanMcL wrote:My hero!
