Re: 2019/20: Wolverhampton Wanderers v Burnley – Ticket Information
Does this mean the game is on the Saturday then? What if wolves get through to the next Europa league stage which is more then likely to happen? Surely you can’t sell tickets for a Saturday and take people’s money then switch the day?
I can’t make that Saturday but can make the Sunday so I’ve no idea what is going on and no idea when I can book train tickets if I can ever at all?

Subject to change but I would expect it to be on the Sunday and then we are guessing at the kick off time.thelaughingclaret wrote:Does this mean the game is on the Saturday then? I take it then we won’t find out until next Thursday evening what day it will be on and if wolves get through it will probably be Friday we find out the kick off time? Just over a week before the game? That’s pretty ridiculous, but not surprising with the way the premier league is run.

Wolves and the PL are i the same position as we were last season so really can't heap a whole load of blame on their shoulders as they don't know the outcome of the game until late Thursday night so won't announce any change of kick off day/time until Friday.thelaughingclaret wrote:I take it then we won’t find out until next Thursday evening what day it will be on and if wolves get through it will probably be Friday we find out the kick off time? I would guess/hope that at the latest they'll make the decision to move the game to the Sunday by the Friday of the previous week, after the 1st leg has taken place. There's no way they can leave it until 1/2 days before the game.tybfc wrote:Wolves and the PL are i the same position as we were last season so really can't heap a whole load of blame on their shoulders as they don't know the outcome of the game until late Thursday night so won't announce any change of kick off day/time until Friday.
Edit: 1st leg is tonight, not next week. So hopefully tomorrow if after tonight’s game Wolves look like they'll get through this round. I'm fairly confident in saying it will be moved to the Sunday.

Are we behind the goal again or down the side?

Can someone please explain to me why the premier league could not have moved this game to the Sunday when the fixtures came out? Why does everyone have to wait until a week before? Why couldn’t the game be moved to Sunday anyway a few weeks ago? Also when people have plans to make and trains to book I personally believe moving a game just over a week before the game is pretty ridiculous even if I’m the only one who sees it like that.
And yes I blame the premier league as they create the fixtures and could’ve moved the game to the Sunday weeks ago and then no mater what happens we’d know when we play.

Definitely behind/side of the goal in the Stan Cullis Quadrant. Far better than down the side where the atmosphere is very poor and the view's not much better.jrgbfc wrote:Are we behind the goal again or down the side?

I think we will have a pretty good idea tonight if it’s going to be moved.

Aye. I will cover all eventualities. Bank holiday Monday isn’t it so no work in the morning, hence no reason to rush back!

Looks like they will be playing Torino in the next round, who are 2 up at the moment.
Will they playing in Turin on the Thursday before our match or at Molineux?

Think so, think they've been drawn away first.CopacabanaClaret wrote:Looks like they will be playing Torino in the next round, who are 2 up at the moment.

Good stuff. Lets hope they put in a performance against us like we did at Fulham after that trip to Athens.ClaretTony wrote:Think so, think they've been drawn away first.

Strictly no pay on the day and the deadline for tickets being posted has not passed
Re: 2019/20: Wolverhampton Wanderers v Burnley – Ticket Information
They've now been taken off sale online but they are still available in person from our Ticlet Office.ClaretTony wrote:Strictly no pay on the day and the deadline for tickets being posted has now passed
