I don't remember ever seeing a passing accuracy as low as 53% before for us. Southampton on 65% and even that's poor.

They're not wrong. Soton been the slightly better team. They're dealing with us a lot more comfortably than we're dealing with them. Although neither are looking great.

On Clarets Player they said that Drinkwater was interviewed by Clarets Player before it was confirmed he would be in - some on here thought he was a bit dour it was because it wasn’t confirmed

Even he commented on having 2 Centre Halves on the bench .... where's the trickery, skill, pace and intelligence on the bench to change it up if needed?

Apart from Vydra, that sounds likes has been left out due to his transfer request, would you have put on the bench?
DD must not be fit enough as otherwise, he'd have been on instead of Long.
