Thanks for the link. Very informative. Makes me wonder how different that approach is to some of the foreign managers in the Prem who can buy and sell more.

Good listening. Could explain the Vydra issue. He's a very clever bloke, it shines through in everything he says.

Thanks for the posting the link - that's really good.
I'd guess it was probably during his first full season as there's no mention of winning anything or the PL - plus he's still talking in friendly terms about 'Malky' - I understand their relationship had cooled considerably before the bad stuff about Mackay started to come out.

Good to watch. I'm thinking how I can take this to my work (very much not football/sport) and share it with a few colleagues. The "man" management and positive culture is relevant everywhere.
