Genuine question.
I think they use the loss making b@stards to write off some of their tax bill.

I got a bit concerned when they forked out for the lad from Forrest but that seems to be a flash in the pan.

Accrington were in League Two, so Bastards were one relegation away from playing them (although they would've crossed in this case).

I suppose last season was the last time it happened as neither changed divisions this summer.

I think the question was asking when were they were last in the same division.

I think it could be interpeted either way, but you're probably right and I've misunderstood.

1893 appears to be the answer to that question.

I don’t think that, technically speaking, R*vers and Accrington Stanley have ever been in the same league as each other.

To sell more chickens than colonel sanders.

Personally, I always thought that Clucky Mulgrew was overrated/undercooked. He may prove me wrong and turn out to be a real bargain bucket.

According to Rovers messageboard, Mowbray is bringing their top scorer on (OG), in the search for an equaliser.

I hope we don’t get Blackburn

There’s no evidence to suggest we’ll lose? But I hate playing them in the fear that we will

On social media seen lots of people say they wanted us to draw Rovers, thankfully we didn’t. I don’t understand why anyone would ever want us to play them again. We have the bragging rights over them and I’d like to keep them for the next 30 years or so at least.

I’d like them because, unlike their 35 years without defeat against us, I’d like to actually have a run of games in that time, to make it actually mean something. Games involve the risk of Losing, but they also hold the chance of Glory. All the time we are ahead of them on the pitch, I’d happily play them every other year in one of the Cup Comps, take it seriously, and give them a proper spanking. Two years ago we went to their place, won at a canter, and they didn't muster a single shot on target. That was joyous stuff.
