They’re 7 a side, but 6 works fine too. 5 would be a stretch

5 is hard work 6 is OK 7 is perfect 8 is a little crowded.

It’s similar pitches to Burnley college so 5 is tough

I actually think 6 aside is a push as well especially with people hitting long balls and leaving 1 up top

7 is ideal but from a choice of 5 or 6 a side, definitely a 6 haha

I enjoy it as I’m the fittest in my team but I literally spend the game sprinting from one end to the other as the rest of my team are aged 35-50 :)
