BT Sport studio
Pundits = Van Persie & Cockney Joe Cole, (who thinks Burnley is in Yorkshire!)
Co-commentator...Martin Keown.
Well done BT Sport for such balanced coverage.
No one likes, no one likes us...

That's probably why Sky didn't want him so BT got second dibs (like the rest of their pundits).ceborame wrote:Keown's love in of everything Arsenal is vomit inducing !!

You would struggle to get more biased coverage,FactualFrank wrote:That's probably why Sky didn't want him so BT got second dibs (like the rest of their pundits).

I’m in Athens, have the choice of BT sports on my iPad by the pool +30c or Greek Commentary on the TV in the room.

Whenever he was on MOTD last season, MK was usually falling over himself to praise us.

Re: BT Sport studio
It will never happen, but there should be a unwritten rule that a co commentator must not have any connection with any of the two teams playing on the pitch. Disappointed with how biased the commentary and presentation of the game has been towards Arsenal. I felt at times that the commentary team did not want Burnley to score. Rant over.

Re: BT Sport studio
MK was OK, thought Fletcher was more biased during commentary. I don’t think they know they’re doing it. Towards the end “Arsenal 2, Burnley 1, goals by Aubameyang and Lacazette.” No mention of Barnes, should just be glad they remembered we’d scored. It’s unconscious, but it’s still bias.

Re: BT Sport studio
I don’t think Keown is that bad tbh
He knows the style we play and said we play to our strengths and that’s how we get the results we do

Re: BT Sport studio
Watched the match on BT
Although plenty of ex Arsenal players as pundits.
They gave plenty of praise to Burnley
Kroeber much better than Shearer Wright and jeanas

Mate of yours, is he? Know him well?cricketfieldclarets wrote:Keoens a good pundit, unbiased and actually a decent bkoke.

He was garbage. He had to try and give Burnley some credit so people wouldn't accuse him of the obvious bias...but it wasn't at all genuine and you could easily see through it.

Re: BT Sport studio
No different to Neville being in commentary for a United game and to be fair to both him and Keown, there was no bias.
We do seem to love to think otherwise though!

Re: BT Sport studio
Lads listen, I've campaigned to my colleagues at BT for many moons to get Keown REMOVED. He's not a pundit in my eyes. More suited to commentary on talksport or something where we don't have to see his ugly mug.
