What’s with the double advertising boards a Wolves?

There’s the usual one at pitchside then another just behind it and a little higher

Looks very odd

Money. More money to bribe officials maybe? Everything is about money. Soon we will be having advert breaks every 2 mins like in America. It’s coming. Money money money. Fans? What are they? Oh you mean cash cows.
