Hope they find him, and if he is found rightly guilty, given a life sentence, which should mean life. I think if you take a life that's it for you.

Strange that the Twitter and Facebook shares of the chap in the OP have been deleted - suggesting it possibly wasn't him. Not sure why they'd go to the effort of removing them if it was him that was arrested.

Lancashire Telegraph have seemed to have deleted them also. My guess that people have been naming him.

What a crazy and sad story whatever the outcome. Can only imagine he must have serious issues whoever did this. Diagnosed or otherwise.

No logical reason why anyone would do such a thing with no motive.

Sad, sad story.

However wrong it is there doesn't seem to be any evidence as yet that it was 'motiveless'.

The only possible motive I've read is that they may have been an ex student of hers.

From bbc news:

“While we have made an arrest, our inquiries are very much continuing and I would continue to appeal for anyone with information to come forward.
"However, I would urge people not to speculate and to be mindful of the comments they make, especially on social media, as this causes distress to the family and could impact on our investigation."

I've seen plenty of 16 year olds that look older

In the original report "a similar wheelie bin" was found

It may be pedantic and in all likelihood it may be the same one, but they have to be careful in the phrasing that they use, which could be used against the case.

Although everything is only speculation, a few poeple has said that the bin was found before the body by a worker at the cemetary, therefore we don't know it was "right next to the body".

We also don't know that it is related at all at this stage.

I don't really think that all this speculation/gossip/second guessing etc is helpful. Why don't we just let the Police get on with it and then we'll hopefully find out the truth.

Fair point. Even so. Whatever the reason absolutely crazy. And the second similar incident this year in the area.

The police will know, from analysing the CCTV that the wheelie bin in it is the same as the one they found in the cemetery.

This.

Let the investigation and the judicial process take their course.

Ah, maybe I'm wrong. I did say to my wife though that if it is him then he must have been brave or stupid to have walked along a very busy road pushing a wheely bin with a body in it. Not exactly inconspicuous was he?

It seems to me that the rise in crime appears to be going hand in hand with this governments cray cuts. I was asking this morning how often you see a policeman these days. I see lot's of police cars but I cannot remember the last time I saw a policeman on the streets of Accrington. I'm sure it must happen but I ain't seen it for quite some time.
