Discuss? Direct winger loves running at defenders and also tracks back. Put our wingers to shame.

Value of a 1v1 player right there. Most lower league teams have one, typically have zero end product but we simply don’t know how to deal with them. Remember Wardy being shredded by Accy’s diminutive tricky winger a few years ago. Flanagan too against Lincoln too.

Flanagan played at Accy getting the run around and Wardy got destroyed at Burton albeit coming back from injury.

I don't recall Lincoln getting forward much, just nicked a goal from a corner at the end.

If he played under Dyche he'd spend most of the game tracking back and helping his full back out.

Up front, even Barnes defends from the front and helps out when required.

It's a brilliant system that is the envy of the vast majority of sides in the country.
