He comes in Episode 2 season 2.
A brilliant and gritty portrayal of life after the first war.

I've seen the first two, very stylised with not an awful lot of substance yet.

Still, it's an original and brillliantly shot concept and bound to warm up, I reckon.

Some ofthe episodes were shot at Dalton Mills, I think, in Keighley, I think, an evocative, moody place ideally suited for the PB.

Sadly, this fabulous piece of Northern industrial heritage disappeared a couple of weeks ago as it was as good as burned to the ground.

Some of the urbex (urban explorers) lads and lasses posted plenty of pre-blaze footage on youtube if you're interested.

It’ll be interesting / telling who ends up owning the Dalton Mills site! Far too much of this sort of thing goes on over this way, presumably in other areas too.

So far, barring the second episode of the new series, it’s not lived up to previous ones. Plenty of scene setting but not much time left to tie it all together - although I expect it’ll all end in a huge blow out.

Thought the first episode was nicely done to acknowledge the death of Helen McCrory, but have found this series a little slow so far.

Haven’t watched last nights episode yet and hoping it’s not going to be a disappointing end that ruins all the previous series

For me the very early episodes were absolutely epic, the last two series did not quite have that WOW factor, but still very good

I enjoyed the first two and haven't bothered with the last one......it all got a bit silly and over the top in the third.

Struggling with the final series. 1st 2 series were very good indeed 3rd started to get bit far fetched and 4 was treading water before a weak 5th IMO. By the 4th it had turned into one of those untouchable luvvie “ circle jerk “ series that are beyond criticism

There's a time when a series has to finish, we are past that point

It lacks the pace and passion of the previous series
There is too much dialogue and not enough action

It’s ok but lacks any bite & conviction compared to previous 1s, it’s more to do with him being some sort of a politician & random gypsy curses for my liking.
