I don't vape or smoke but know several people who've quit altogether through e-cigs, it seems like that's an easier route for a lot of people than going cold turkey.

Apparently the oil, vaporised and inhaled, condenses back into a liquid in your lungs, and it's causing major respiratory problems.

'Wet Lung' is the condition quoted.
