No complaints at all. Although not many major decisions.

Only one was when Alexander Arnold booted the ball away and linesperson bottled it.

Liverpool managed the game well at 2-0. I do question if it was rolls reversed, we would have seen at least 1 or 2 yellows.

Unlike referee Scott in the previous home league game it was abundantly obvious what decision this referee was about to give and to which side he was going to give it. The liner on the Bob Lord side wasn't quite as sharp as his hair parting and seemed to struggle at times.

My favourite was the throw in he gave to Liverpool where he got pelters from everyone, especially Pieters. When Pieters questioned him he clearly said that he didn’t male the decision. What the **** is he there for then?!

That's a second successive game when I don't think he's performed particularly well and seemed to favour the bigger team.

Kept his cards in his pocket which was sensible. It wasn't a dirty game so not too difficult to control. The big team won so no controversy for him.

A. 20
B. 20
C. 18 Not the fittest
D. 20

All in all a decent ref.
