There used to be a place down the side of The Mechanics, don't know if it's still there.
Some dry cleaning shops offer a repair service.

Not Burnley but Padiham, the wool shop on Burnley Road, opposite the mini supermarket are very good and don't charge a fortune.
Norma who runs it is very helpful.

I've used Sew In Love regularly over the last couple of years near Stanley House Vets in Colne. They are always bob on and well priced.

May be just me but I'd go buy another suit. If the zips gone in the strides, that would indicate the suit has had some use already.

Not sure what it's called but there's a place at the bottom of Standish St that does clothing repairs/alterations.

Used it a couple of times myself and been happy with the results

There was a woman on Dragon's Den last night wanted investment for her clothes repair business. She quoted £150 for a straight forward repair on a pair of trousers - I could buy several new pairs for that much!

She is helpful. If it's the same Norma I'm thinking of, bud. We were in a relationship. Originally from Fraserburgh, moved down to Rochdale to start a new life. Miss her like crazy but it wasn't meant to be.

Place off Barden Lane called Quick Stitch, taken a couple of SI’s there to be rezipped etc and always been brilliant and well priced. Open weird hours though so if you call them you can just drop off at her house and she’ll
Call you when it’s sorted.
