Problem With Online Tickets
Been trying since about 6pm yesterday but I haven't been able to buy tickets for Brighton away, the option is there and when you click to add to basket eventually the page just times out. Anyone else got this problem?
I don't live local to Burnley so buying them in person isn't an option, is it possible to still phone and pay over the phone as that option isn't available online according to the official website

Re: Problem With Online Tickets
Is there a limit on how many tickets you can buy online? I tried to buy 5 but only let me buy 4.
Re: Problem With Online Tickets
They've set the limit at 4 for this game. Sometimes it varies but the club never inform fans of the limit, you only find out about it by trial and error! Like when I tried to purchase 10, then 9, then 8, then 7, then 6, then 5 and then whoopee, got 4! Then had to do another 4 and then a 2. If you do a 4 and then a 1 all the 5 may be sat together but I'd suggest doing 3 and then 2. At least then there's not the possibility of 1 of your 5 being sat on their own.Kevwando wrote:Is there a limit on how many tickets you can buy online? I tried to buy 5 but only let me buy 4.

Re: Problem With Online Tickets
Thanks Leisure - I went for the 3 & 2 option. Hopefully we will be sat together.

Re: Problem With Online Tickets
Is that when you are using friends & family so buying them all under different qualifying Clarets Numbers?

Re: Problem With Online Tickets
Yes, I tried to buy 5 tickets all under different claret numbers but would only allow me to buy 4 at once.
To get around this I bought 3, logged back in and bought another 2.
I don't see the logic behind this?

Re: Problem With Online Tickets
Yes, that's correct. 1 per Clarets number (with 6000+ points) but you can only buy 4 in one transaction. So if someone wants to buy say 10 tickets they have to get them in 3 different transactions, logging in each time. And the club would then have to post them out in 3 separate envelopes instead of just 1. Also, there's then no guarantee that the 10 seats will be together.ClaretTony wrote:Is that when you are using friends & family so buying them all under different qualifying Clarets Numbers?
PS - I can understand the possible need to limit tickets if there was such a high demand that we were selling out every game but that's just not the case.

Re: Problem With Online Tickets
Same here.
So frustrating and frankly it's not really acceptable is it? Do other clubs have the same issues?
